1. The service

PDF Prem ("the site") provides free online utility tools — PDF, image, text and calculator tools — that run in your browser. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Free use, no accounts

All tools are free for personal and commercial use. No registration is required and we grant you no account, so there is nothing to suspend or delete.

3. Your files stay yours

Files you process with our tools remain entirely yours. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store or see your files — and we claim no rights over them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: don't attempt to disrupt it, don't use the tools for unlawful purposes, and don't try to extract or abuse the underlying code or AI models beyond normal use of the tools.

5. No warranties

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we can't guarantee any specific result — for example, always double-check important documents (like invoices or calculations) before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Prem and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of (or inability to use) the site.

7. Third-party content

Some tools rely on open-source libraries and public CDNs. Those components are subject to their own licences and terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
