Your files never leave your device. Here is exactly what we do — and don't do — with your data.

The short version

PDF Prem tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers — because we don't even have servers that receive files. We have no user accounts, no sign-ups, and we don't want your personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. Specifically:

Your files: PDFs, images and documents you open in our tools stay on your device. They are processed by JavaScript running locally and never transmitted anywhere.
No accounts: there is no registration, login or profile — so there is nothing to link to you.
No analytics: we do not use Google Analytics or any tracking scripts.
No advertising trackers: the site currently shows no third-party ads.

What stays in your browser

Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This never leaves your device and you can clear it anytime by clearing site data.

Third-party libraries

To keep the tools fast, we load open-source libraries (such as PDF.js) from public CDNs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net). Your browser contacts these CDNs directly; they may log basic request data according to their own privacy policies. The YouTube thumbnail tool fetches public preview images from i.ytimg.com.

AI features

The Background Remover and Image-to-Text tools download their AI models to your browser on first use and then run 100% offline on your device. Your photos are never sent to any AI server.

Children

PDF Prem is a general-purpose utility site and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
