Frequently asked questions
How do I generate captions and hashtags for a reel or short?
Type your video topic, tick the platforms you post on, choose a language, tone, emoji level and call-to-action, then click Generate Captions & Hashtags. You get 4 caption options per platform plus a hashtag set sized for that platform, each with its own Copy button.
Is this an AI caption generator?
No — and we say so honestly. Captions are built from carefully written templates and hashtag banks, all running in your browser. They give you strong starting lines; edit them to match your own voice before posting.
How many hashtags should I use on each platform?
Instagram works best with 15–20 relevant hashtags (the limit is 30). YouTube ignores all tags if you use more than 15, and only the first 3 appear above your video title — so this tool keeps YouTube sets to 12. Facebook works best with just 3–5 hashtags.
Does it support Hindi and Hinglish captions?
Yes. You can generate captions in Hindi (Devanagari), Hinglish (Roman Hindi) or English, in 5 tones: Professional, Funny, Motivational, Educational and Storytelling.
Is my video topic uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser — your topic never leaves your device, and nothing is stored.
Can I use the same hashtags for every video?
You can, but rotating them works better. Pick the tags that truly match each video's topic, mix popular tags with smaller niche tags, and avoid banned or spammy tags. Relevance beats quantity.
